Law firm, St. Petersburg FL

The same system, run on a law firm instead of a practice

Almost everything we publish is about medical practices, so the fair question is whether the system works because it is good or because medical search is easy. This page exists to answer that.

This is a law firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, handling foreclosure defense, real estate disputes, probate and trust litigation. In December 2025 the site took 98 clicks from Google in a month. In October 2026 it took 969, with the month not yet finished. Average position across the whole site moved from 23.4 to 11.9.

Two reasons, and both matter if you are a doctor reading this.

Legal keywords are among the most expensive in search, which means every competitor has money and most of them have been spending it for a decade. A foreclosure lawyer competes with firms that treat marketing as a core expense, plus Avvo, FindLaw, Justia and Martindale sitting on every results page with authority no single firm can match.

Second, legal content gets held to a high standard by search engines, the same way medical content does. Thin pages do not rank. The firm has to actually say something.

So when the system produces a ten times increase here, that is a harder test than the medical accounts, not an easier one.

Where this firm ranks now

Across the last 90 days the site ranks for 987 searches that are not the firm's name, with 218 on page one, 70 in the top five and 39 in the top three. A selection, with 90 day average positions:

  1. "business law attorney": position 1.0
  2. "estate planning lawyer": position 1.7
  3. "foreclosure lawyer": position 2.9
  4. "land use and zoning lawyer": position 2.9
  5. "clear title": position 3.8
  6. "easements attorney": position 4.4
  7. "title disputes lawyer": position 4.9
  8. "naples florida mortgage foreclosure appeal": position 6.0, from over 1,600 impressions

That last one is worth pausing on. Naples is on the other side of Florida, roughly two hours away, and the firm is ranking on page one for a foreclosure appeal search tied to that city. Specific enough, and well enough written, and distance stops being the deciding factor.

The pages that work hardest are the ones answering a real question

Some of this firm's best placements are not service pages at all.

"If your house is sold at auction how long do you have to move": position 5.0. "What is a notice of trust": position 2.8. "How do I remove a trustee who is mismanaging a trust in Florida": position 4.6, and that is a full sentence somebody typed in a panic.

A person asking that question has a legal problem right now. They are worth more than a hundred visitors who typed the firm's practice area. This is the same pattern we see in medicine, where the parent searching a fever at midnight becomes the patient in the morning.

What we did differently here, and what we did not

The structure is identical to the medical accounts. A page per practice area, a page per city within reach, and genuine answers to the questions people actually type. The Google Business Profile optimized and maintained. Backlinks built alongside the publishing.

What changed was the writing standard. Legal content that hedges everything into uselessness does not rank and does not convert, and content that oversteps is a liability. The pages had to be specific enough to be worth reading and careful enough to be accurate, which took more review than a page about plantar fasciitis.

Why we are showing you a law firm on a medical marketing site

Because the objection we hear most is some version of "my situation is different." Different specialty, more competitive city, higher stakes, more regulated.

Legal is more competitive than almost any medical specialty, it is regulated, the content standards are high, and the system still produced ten times the traffic in under a year. If it holds there, the question stops being whether it will work for your practice and becomes how long it will take.

What practices ask us about this account

What does this cost and what do I have to do?

The $97 test covers one keyword and four pages, so you can see the work before you commit to anything. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer starting at $495 and we quote it after we look at your market, because one city costs less than a cluster of them. Your side of it is approving the keyword list and correcting us when we get something clinical wrong. We write the pages, build them and publish them.

Do you work with non medical businesses?

We do, though medical practices are most of what we do and where the system is sharpest. The method does not change by industry. What changes is how much a single new client is worth, which changes how aggressive the build should be.

Is ten times traffic the normal result?

No, and we will not tell you it is. It is what happened in this account over about eleven months, starting from a low base. Starting from a low base is why the multiple is large. A practice already taking decent traffic will see a smaller multiple and a larger absolute gain.

How do you handle content in a regulated field?

More review, and more precision. The pages still have to answer the question completely, because a hedged page that says nothing will not rank in a field search engines scrutinize.

Which firm is this?

Attorneys are not keen to be case studies for their own marketing. It is a law firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, practicing foreclosure defense, real estate, probate and trust litigation.
