Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Animal House Media, Inc., doing business as Animal House Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit animalhousemarketing.com (the "Site") or work with us.

The short version: we collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell your information, and we do not want patient health information.

01Information you give us

We collect information you choose to share with us, such as:

02Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

03Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to operate and secure the Site.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

04Third-party services on the Site

Some features on the Site are provided by other companies, which may receive information such as your IP address when you use them:

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy.

05How we use information

06How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

07Patient and health information

Our marketing services do not require protected health information (PHI). Please do not send us patient names, photos, records, or any information that could identify a patient. If a project ever requires PHI, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with you first. A BAA is available on request.

08How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. When our work together ends, we remove our own access to your accounts or return access to you.

09How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying or emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Some information may need to be kept for legal or business reasons.

11Children

Our Site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
