Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of animalhousemarketing.com (the "Site") and any services you buy from Animal House Media, Inc., doing business as Animal House Marketing ("Animal House," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site, booking a call, or paying for any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

01Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to every visitor to the Site and to every client or prospective client who purchases, books, or receives any of our services, including monthly packages, à la carte services, one-time offers, audits, plans, projections, and calls.

Our services are intended for businesses, including medical and healthcare practices. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

02Our services

We provide search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), content, website, Google Business Profile, paid advertising, and related marketing services. The scope of any service is what is described on the specific offer page, proposal, invoice, or written agreement for that service at the time you purchase it.

We may use our own team, contractors, software tools, and AI-assisted tools to perform our services. We may update our methods at any time to keep pace with changes in search engines and AI platforms.

03Offer-specific terms and guarantees

Some of our offers include specific terms, such as a guarantee, refund condition, credit, deadline, minimum commitment, or required meeting. Those offer-specific terms are part of these Terms. If an offer page, proposal, or written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the more specific offer terms control for that offer.

04No guarantee of results

Except where an offer expressly states a guarantee in writing, we do not guarantee any specific result, including any particular ranking, position, traffic level, number of leads, number of new patients, revenue, or return on investment.

Search rankings and AI recommendations depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and AI platform algorithms, competitor activity, your market, your website, your reviews, and your own business operations. Past results for other clients do not predict your results. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

05Third-party platforms

Our work involves platforms we do not own or control, such as Google Search, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, ChatGPT, and other search engines and AI tools. These platforms can change their rules, algorithms, features, or availability at any time, and can suspend, filter, or remove listings, ads, or content without notice.

We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, outages, or policy changes of any third-party platform, or for any loss that results from them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, or any other platform we mention. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

06Your responsibilities

To let us do our work, you agree to:

You are responsible for your business, your services, and the claims made about them. This includes making sure your website, listings, ads, and content comply with all laws, regulations, and professional rules that apply to you, including medical and healthcare advertising rules, licensing board requirements, FTC rules on advertising and endorsements, and patient privacy laws.

07Healthcare and patient information

Our services do not require access to protected health information (PHI). Please do not send us patient information of any kind, including names, photos, records, or details that could identify a patient, unless we have first signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with you. A BAA is available on request.

Nothing we provide is medical advice, and we do not make clinical decisions or claims on your behalf.

08Fees, payment, and billing

Prices are as stated on the applicable offer page, proposal, or invoice at the time of purchase. Billing rules, including autopay, payment methods, card processing fees, and fees for failed payments, are described on our Payment Details page, which is part of these Terms.

09Cancellation and refunds

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time by emailing us, as described on our Payment Details page, except where an offer has a stated minimum term (for example, the Try It Package). Billing stops once your cancellation request is received.

Except where an offer or written agreement expressly provides a refund, fees paid for services already performed or one-time services already started are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not create a refund for past periods.

If you receive a refund under a guarantee, we may remove the work we created for you, as described in that guarantee.

10Ownership and intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final website content and pages we create specifically for your business and deliver to you.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing materials and everything we use to do our work, including our methods, processes, templates, frameworks, research approaches, software, internal tools, and know-how, and any general skills or knowledge we gain. Reports, plans, audits, and projections we deliver are licensed to you for your own internal business use and may not be resold or published as your own product.

You give us permission to use your business name, logo, and materials as needed to perform our services. We will only use your name, results, or testimonial in our marketing with your permission.

11Use of the Site

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and page designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view the Site for your own information. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially use Site content without our written permission, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

12Testimonials, case studies, and projections

Testimonials and case studies on the Site describe the experiences of specific clients. Projections, examples, estimates, and sample reports are illustrations, not promises. Your results may differ. Our Disclaimer explains this in full and is part of these Terms.

13Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR ANY GUARANTEE EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING ON A SPECIFIC OFFER, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED OR THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

14Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, PATIENTS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CAUSED IT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Animal House Media, Inc., its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your business, services, or advertising claims; materials you provide to us; your violation of any law, regulation, or professional rule; or your breach of these Terms.

16Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive our services, except where disclosure is required by law. This does not apply to information that is public or was already known to the receiving party.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives the right to a jury trial and agrees that claims will be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action.

18Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date forward and do not change the terms of a purchase you already made. Continuing to use the Site or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

19General

These Terms, together with any offer-specific terms, proposal, or written agreement for your service, are the entire agreement between us about their subject. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
